He has training in the educational field, he completed the Diploma in Teaching for Understanding at Harvard and various diplomas in the area of creativity at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, New York. At the Tarbut Hebrew School, she has been the director of the preschool, the academic coordinator of the elementary school, the academic director from preschool to high school, and currently serves as the director of Innovation and Development. In this position he has the mission of implementing cutting-edge pedagogical practices in the area of technology and the development of different skill groups, creating a makerspace , STEAM classes , Genius Hour , introducing the Reggio Emilia philosophy , Making Thinking Visible , all with the purpose of developing the skills of the XXI century in the school community to ensure that students and teachers are life long learners .
