    Unsubscribe Format

    In case you want to unsubscribe from any of our programs or courses, you must:

    1. Get in touch with your Academic Coordinator. He will guide you and help you formally communicate your cancellation. The Coordinator shall notify Collection and School Services by mail.
    2. Go to the till to settle any issue with your corresponding payments.
    3. In case of being enrolled in any academic program, the student must complete their withdrawal, including filling out and signing the form in School Services.

    Download and fill in the form Remember that in order not to continue generating debt, you must present the documentation for the withdrawal from School Services. School Services will deliver within the next 15 business days the documents of your file.

    Bonus and Refund Policy

    Conditions: When a student by his own decision requests his withdrawal from any of the programs, courses or seminars, the following criteria will be applied: Official academic programs and diplomas:

    Payment in the Student Portal

    Enter the Academic portal https://uhebraica.academic.lat

    • Register with username and password
    • Access the payment module and select the desired option:
    1. Single payment – You pay a single item, for example, tuition
    2. General payment- You choose how the payment will be made if per family or per student.
    3. Multiple payment – You activate 2 or more items that you need to pay

    Click on the payment method with which you want to pay: PAYMENT THROUGH THE ACADEMIC UH PORTAL (ACADEMIC PAY)

    • GENERATE PAYMENT FORM:

    The file with the data required for the student to make the payment at the bank window is displayed.

    • PAY ONLINE.

    The window is displayed in which it is necessary to activate the checkbox “I accept terms and conditions ” and then click on the Conekta icon to choose your payment method. Once you have completed the payment of a concept, it will be displayed at the bottom of the window and it is possible to check the receipt.

    • Enter your banking portal
    • Choose the option of payment of services or transfer of funds by agreement
    • Register the service
