    Approach the study of the history and development of Jewish civilization from an academic and multidisciplinary perspective.

    The teaching of Jewish culture in universities has developed increasingly in recent decades with a wide variety of disciplinary, thematic and research approaches such as those found at Harvard, Chicago, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, New York University , Jewish Theological Seminary, Brandeis, Duke, Toronto, University of Berlin, the Sorbonne, Complutense University of Madrid, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Cambridge and Oxford, among others. In 2010, the Hebraic University opened its Master’s Degree in Judaic Studies to offer an academic and multidisciplinary alternative to the study of Jewish culture. This program is aimed at people interested in the systematic, plural study, and with a long-term perspective of the multifaceted universe of Jewish history, thought and religion. The Hebrew University has opened this program with the aim of offering an innovative and current perspective of Jewish civilization . Why study the MASTER’S DEGREE at the UH?
